The staff from Flaxton Gardens will short list a group of entrants and a panel of Judges will select the winning couple. Winners will be notified by phone and announced via Instagram 3rd of March 2021. No staff or families connected to Flaxton Gardens are eligible to enter this Win A Wedding Giveaway.

Covid 19: If the date needs to be postponed due to Covid 19 restrictions and suppliers cannot commit to the new date there is no money or substitute supplier provided. The amended date may also need to be a weekday.

In unforeseen circumstances where the supplier cannot make it on the day, there is no return to the winner with a dollar value or substitute supplier.

The winning couple gives full permission and access for all suppliers in this competition to publish images of the event and to have access to your email address.

All this is valued at $4547 and its yours free as the winner of this incredible competition by the very generous team at Flaxton Gardens. You only pay for the Italian made designer album.

Offer is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. To redeem this offer the claimant must:

• Be the named winner of the Flaxton Gardens Competition.
• Claim the offer within 1 week of notification of winning by contacting Ben Connolly directly on 0417699905 or email, ben@benconnolly.com.au
• The winner must formally book in and pay a non-refundable $500 booking fee.
• The winner must purchase a Wedding Album as part of the offer with the outstanding balance for the album to be finalised 7 days prior to the wedding date. The $500 booking fee and $200 album credit will be deducted from the total cost of the album leaving a balance for the album of $1897.
• The booking in its entirety falls under the standard Booking Agreement terms and conditions with Ben Connolly (signed on booking).
• The wedding must be conducted on the nominated winning date. The offer cannot be moved or rescheduled due to any epidemic or pandemic situation unless agreed upon by both parties.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in using the services of Sommer Saunder Celebrancy. Please take the time to review these terms and
conditions in relation to your booking with me. Should you have any queries relating to this document please do not hesitate

CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT
Your event is only considered confirmed with two signatures (Party 1 and Party 2), on these terms and conditions as there is no payment of deposit due to the booker being a prize winner within the 2021 Hinterland Summer Showcase at Flaxton Gardens, 313 Flaxton Drive, Flaxton QLD.

PRIZE INCLUSIONS
The winner receives celebrant services for the “All Wrapped up Package’ to the value of $950.00. Travel is included within this fee.
An informal onsite rehearsal at the venue for the booker is subject to my availability.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation must be advised in writing. If the event is cancelled or postponed, the following cancellation conditions
apply.

CANCELLATION BY BOOKER
If cancellation inside 31 days before the booked event, a $400.00 cancellation fee will be requested. If cancelled prior to 31 days
before the event, no monies will be exchanged and the booking will be cancelled with no further discussion required.

POSTPONEMENT BY BOOKER
The Notice of Intended Marriage form is active for 18 months and the initial deposit can be held for this length of time. The booker
will be responsible for all other costs involved with postponement. There may also be an increase in the schedule of fees when a
new date is selected.

CANCELLATION BY CELEBRANT
In the unlikely event, I am unable to fulfil my duties, I will, to the best of my ability source a replacement celebrant for the remainder of your ceremony requirements. All the supplier “ Sommer Saunder Celebrancy” business terms and conditions must be adhered to when working with this supplier.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Wedding flowers up to the value of $1,500 and applicable only to Flaxton Garden Win A Wedding promotion and it’s T&Cs
• Must be used by winning Client/couple and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another
• Inclusive of consultation and final design & colour review approximately 6 weeks prior to the wedding date
• Additional flowers above the $1,500 credit to be paid for by couple with a 25% non-refundable deposit required of the additional amount. Balance to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date. If final payment is not received, no flowers or sundries will be ordered for any additional arrangements above the $1,500 credit
• Prize subject to Bloom & Bush’s availability on Client/couple’s chosen date (we are happy to work with the couple and other vendors to find a suitable date). If Bloom & Bush is not available on the Client/couples chosen date and a suitable alternative cannot be found, credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another
• In the event of cancellation of the wedding by Client/couple, the credit becomes void and credit will not be transferred or redeemed for cash. Any additional monies paid by the client for arrangements above the $1,500 prize credit is non-refundable
• In the event of postponement, every effort will be made to find a suitable date subject to Bloom & Bush availability. New date must be scheduled within 12 months of the original date or credit is void and any additional monies paid for arrangements above the $1,500 prize credit is non-refundable
• All the supplier “ Bloom and Bush” business terms and conditions must be adhered to when working with this supplier.
