CHRISTMAS AT FLAXTON GARDENS
Christmas Day Lunch at Flaxton Gardens on Sunshine Coast Hinterland was a celebration not to forget for more than just the reasons of Santa, Snowflakes, Reindeer and beautiful wrapping paper.
True to Flaxton Gardens' motto, We Celebrate Life with You. The Chefs under the leading of Executive Chef and Owner, Alan Thompson, put on a giant feast for the just more than 135 Guests who came from all over the Coast to celebrate Christmas.
A warm welcome from one of the Flaxton Elves Dani, awaited the guests on arrival. After welcome photos, the day was kicked off with a Selection of Seasonal Canapes and Pre-Celebration drinks while mingling in the well manicured gardens or trying a hand at Giant Connect-Four or Giant Jenga.
Inside the Barrel Room and Winery, a festive table awaited each group of guests, whether a party of two or ten.
Entrees and a grazing Antipasto Platter to Share was served on each table, followed by the Buffet-style Mains of festive roast meats (Turkey, Beef and Tasmanian Salmon) plus a delicious range of sides and salads. There was plenty to share and seconds were called after all tables had a turn at the feasting Buffet.
Those with Dietary Requirements were not left shy and had plenty of good food to eat.
The day finished with a Selection of Christmas treats on Stackers and barista-made coffee.

Cost: $150 adults (three-hour beverage option available for an extra $45), $75 under 15s.
